JANE Gardevoir ♀	After successfully exploring the Ruins of Alph, Ashley stumbled upon a little Ralts, and the Pokédex description charmed her so much that she just had to catch it. Unfortunately, she spent...much of the next few weeks traveling, so she didn't have time to actually connect with her new friend until after arriving in Azalea. Much to her surprise, the Ralts definitely didn't mind, instead being patient, calm, and sensible. Thus, Jane. Honestly, Ashley sometimes slips up and uses Jane Austen as a full name, causing a kind of...emotional feedback loop? Trainer gets super embarrassed, Pokémon feels that embarrassment, trainer realizes she's caused the Pokémon distress and feels more distressed, Pokémon mimics... They'll get the hang of it eventually. Frankly, Ashley feels pretty bad having Jane around since she's so kind and what goes on in Ashley's mind is...not, not at all. Still, she doesn't want to neglect her, so maybe they'll come to some kind of understanding eventually? While Ashley's still cautious about their interaction, the two have made a hesitant connection. Jane's kind of strange to talk to, but of her Psychic-types, she is the most down-to-earth and frank, so the best to convey messages to other trainers when Ashley can't. In the aftermath of the return from Moon Prom, Ashley helped clear Ilex Forest, and it was there that Jane evolved to Kirlia. She hasn't changed much from the evolution, personality-wise, except for maybe a little more patience, which is always handy when you're Ashley's Pokémon. This carries over to her Gardevoir form...who made her appearance after they dragged Ashley out of her room, where she'd just been writing, for weeks. That patience really pays off. Evolved from Ralts on June 8th, 2016. Evolved from Kirlia on July 24th, 2016.
