I don't think I could. Karkat is a romance fan, and I don't think John really likes any of that.

I mean it!! we don't have movies where I come from.
In Glie we don't have a lot of technology like this, no movies at all.
It was REALLY cool when I found them though!! :D

Oh, it's not that weird to me at least.
There was always so much to do at Old Home that I would never really have the time to mess around on a phone or my pokegear like I do now.
Although we did have a radio that Kana liked to have on.

I did a lot! Reading, doing chores, playing around.
Actually, a part of being a haibane is doing your share of work
You can either help take care of the other Haibane, or you can find work in town
and I kind of did both

You're required to? Like it's part of your rules like the using old things thing?

In a way, yeah. It's part of Haibane custom.
The older Haibane usually go to work in town with the Humans. I think it's supposed to be a sign of goodwill to them.
After all, they gave us the place we live in.

So Haibane didn't always exist?

They might have. I don't know.
I guess in this case the Haibane came to be, and then the people helped them find a way to live in the town.

Maybe we weren't around forever
